What is my Abaya size?
Abayas are generally made to be loose fitting, full length garments and the sizes vary mainly with length. Please bare in mind to opt for a larger size if you hope to wear with heels to maintain the full length and draped look. Please view our size chart here.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All our products are dispatched from our UK design house.
What are the shipping costs and delivery/dispatch times?
We try to dispatch all orders within the time frame we have provided. As all our products are made to order, we have set time frames for each product. All Ready to Dispatch purchases are dispatched within a 2 working day period. For Special Next Day Delivery orders, the order must be placed by 1pm to ensure same day dispatch.

How do I place my order?
1: Choose your product/s, view the details to ensure you're happy with everything, and check the available sizes.
2: Once you have chosen your desired product, you can add it to your basket. You can then continue shopping to find more product, or proceed to checkout to confirm your order.
3. Once you are ready to proceed, you can continue from the checkout by making an account or checkout-out as a guest.
4. Enter your details and choose your delivery method. Please remember, the delivery days will be added on to the production time of your selected products.
5. Select your payment method and enter your details. Please ensure to input the correct details as these can not be altered later.
6. Double check the details of your order before confirming.
7. You will receive an order confirmation to your email address.
I can't find my size. What can I do?
At HANAA we offer all our Abaya lengths in various sizes. The Slim Fit is better suited for those who fit into sizes up to a Small. If you think the sizes still won't be suitable for you, or you would prefer a better fit, please email us with details. We offer free customisation on all our products so everything can be made according to your exact measurements or preferences.
My shipping address is incorrect or no longer in use. What can I do?
If we have not yet dispatched your order, (in most cases we won't have due to the production time), we can still update this for you. Simply email us with your order number, previous address and the updated address.
How will I know when my order is dispatched?
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation to your email. This will include a direct link so that you can track your purchase.
Are the out-of-stock products restocked?
If a product is out of stock, we will try our best to restock as soon as possible.
I haven't received my order yet. Where is it?
As mentioned above, we have a set time frame for production before any item can be dispatched. If you do not receive a Dispatch Confirmation after this time frame has passed, please email us and we will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.
