This product is made to order. Whether you choose a standard size or custom measurements, our tailors craft each Abaya to order. Tailoring time is around 7-10 working days.
What size do I need?
Abayas are generally a loose-fitting and full length garment. All our abayas come in a freesize fitting with a variety of lengths. Please measure using the size chart below.
If you plan to wear with heels it's best to opt for 1-2 sizes above your usual size. Sleeves come in a standard size length.
REGULAR FIT - Standard Abaya sizing (one size fits all).
SLIM FIT - Slim fit option for petite sisters (size small or below).

Any READY TO DISPATCH (RTD) items purchased are dispatched 1-2 working days of cleared payment.
Standard UK delivery is weight based and the price will vary depending on the product and quantities purchased. Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st class packages within 1-2 working days from the day of dispatch.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK)
To qualify for next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, excluding any public holidays.
Next day delivery applies only to ready to dispatch items.
If you opt for the next day delivery option for any made to order items, your order will be dispatched 2-3 weeks from the date of order. When dispatching your order, it will be shipped using our next day delivery service.
SAME DAY DELIVERY (BRADFORD)
We now provide a premium service for customers who are based in Bradford and surrounding areas on the same day, 7 days a week. Delivery will be made by hand by a member of our team.

Same day delivery is applicable to ready to dispatch items only.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY
All international deliveries are sent via tracked post via Royal Mail and can take anywhere between 5-10 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
Please note, some parts of the world can take several weeks to be delivered. Please be wary of any countries that require a PO Box address for successful delivery. Customer will be liable to pay any import, duty or VAT payments.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY
We provide a tailored express service for international customers for both ready to dispatch and made to order purchases. Express delivery prices will vary depending on the location, weight and the date the package is required. Customer will be liable to pay any import, duty or VAT payments.
MADE TO ORDER
When placing a made to order purchase, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for us to process, produce and dispatch your order.
Although all our Abayas are made to order, we always have a small selection of Abayas that are available for immediate dispatch. These can be found under our Ready to Dispatch section and/or identified with the RTD tag. Orders that are placed with a mixture of both ready to dispatch and made to order items will be dispatched when all items are ready.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS SENT BACK TO US
A signature will always be required at delivery, so it is vital someone is available at the provided address to accept the parcel. Unfortunately, on rare occasions parcels are sent back to us in the post. In these circumstances shipping fees will need to be repaid in order for the package to be sent out a second time.
If the item purchased is a RTD item, the buyer can request a refund instead. Refunds made in this instance would be minus any shipping costs. If the item is a made to order item, a partial refund will be issued. This is mining any shipping costs plus a 25% manufacturing and restocking fee.
HANAA does not take responsibility for any incorrect details provided, or for any unclaimed parcels by the buyer. Please make sure correct details are provided at checkout.

In order to avoid disappointment, we aim to advertise all our products as accurately as possible. All items have a full description, measurements, materials, time frames etc on each individual page.
Please bare in mind, the colour you see on your screen may vary slightly from the actual colour. This is due to lighting and photography, and individual screen monitor/brightness variations.
All our products are made by hand. In some instances, a garment may vary very slightly in terms of pattern/colour to the original design due to unavailability of materials at the time. We take great care to ensure the closest possible match is used.
Any Abayas that are made with delicate beading, embellishments and embroidery detailing may have minor imperfections and cannot be deemed as a fault in the garment. Abayas with such details are fragile and must be used and taken care of.
All products are hand made and therefore all measurements that are provided are approximates only. Please allow +/- 3cm difference.
Many of our garments are hand embroidered and delicate and should be handled with care.
We always recommend washing all garments in a gentle hand wash only. We will not accept responsibility for any damage caused whilst washing/drying your item in a machine. Do not dry clean, tumble dry or wash with other clothing. Embellished/embroidered garments should be steamed using a low powered and low heat setting to rid any creases.
If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days of receipt of your package, with your order number, your requirements and the reason for your return.
We accept returns on all non sale or discounted ‘Ready to Dispatch / RTD’ items only.
It is solely the buyers responsibility to ensure the package is received back by us safely therefore we recommend using a trackable service with confirmation of delivery. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any packages lost in the post that have not been received by us.
Any returned items must be sent back in unworn and unused condition with any tags still intact. Any defects to the product returned such as marks, stains, damages or any distinct smells which suggest use of the product will result in a non refund. Failure to send back any items in its original condition may result in a deduction in fees of the refund.
Please allow up to 14 working days from the date you sent your items back for your refund to be received.
Sale or Discounted products are strictly non refundable or exchangeable.
Made to Order/Pre Order items are strictly non refundable. More details below.
If you would like to exchange your items please follow the same process as above. Buyers can exchange for the same or alternative product, or a credit note.
Any shipping charges are the buyers responsibility.
Made to Order/Pre Order items CAN be exchanged only.
Should you wish to return your item but not exchange for anything that is available at the time, a credit note will be processed for you. Credit notes will be for the total cost of the item returned.
Credit notes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and must be used in one purchase only.
Credit notes can be used at any time and will have no expiry date.
Credit notes can be used by the intended customer only.
We do not accept returns on any sale items or purchases made with a special discount offer or promotional code exceeding 10%.
MADE TO ORDER:
Made to order Abayas are Abayas that are made only after a purchase is confirmed and finalised. The order is made in specifically for the customer in the selected size, colour and length. This means these Abayas have a strong No Refund policy. We strongly recommend viewing all details for the product you are purchasing. Our size chart is available on each product page. If you are unsure about anything, we advise speaking to a member of our team for any suggestions or advice. A Contact Us page can be found on each individual page of our website or you can contact us directly.
Made to Order products can be EXCHANGED ONLY.
Please allow between 2-3 weeks before dispatch of any made to order items. Time frames are an approximate only and may extend at busy periods. In this instance you will be notified via email so it is vital you place your order with your must up to date details.
From time to time we may offer a pre launch of an up and coming collection. In this instance we will offer the products for customers to Pre Order. This means you are confirming and securing your purchase of the selected item prior to the official launch date.
Any pre order items will be dispatched after the official launch date.
We can not accept a cancellation on any Pre Order items after the 24 hour cooling off period has passed.
Pre order items are available to Exchange Only and are Non Refundable.
Due to customisation reasons we can not accept any returns or exchanges on any custom jewellery items.
Orders can be cancelled within the 24 hour cooling off period only. After this time, the products are then sent for manufacturing.
We accept returns on perfumes where the original seal has not been broken.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact us within 24 hours of your order confirmation. A full refund will be issued provided your order has not already been processed or dispatched. Any later than this and we may not be able to fulfil your request due to the purchase already being processed/dispatched.
FREE SHIPPING/FREE GIFTS:
We will, from time to time, offer promotional sales such as Free Shipping or Free Gifts on orders. This promotional offer will become void on any orders that are returned where this offer has been used. Shipping charges are deducted from the return or exchange amount.If you have received a free gift or free item within your purchase, this should be returned along with any returned items. Failure to return these items will result a deduction of the total cost of said item from the refund
